Ed Telling has been a business broker since 1982. As President of the Telling Group, located in Cortland, NY, he manages a full service company with a focus on business appraisal and business brokerage transactions with selling prices of $3 Million or more.
Ed specializes in providing merger and acquisition experience to privately held businesses and has experience from hundreds of successful business transfers. His database of companies he contacts frequently contains 4500 companies in upstate NY and 1800 Private Equity Groups.
Ed has an international network of intermediaries and was a regular speaker and writer in the brokerage industry. He is a fellow of the International Business Brokers association, served on the board of directors and was vice-president in 1993 and 1994.

Dick Blazey has more than 30 years of experience in R&D in fields including Electrical Engineering and Optics. He holds 34 patents. The last 6 years of his career at a Fortune 500 company were spent in an Innovation Hub leading teams evaluating and developing new products. In 2003 he founded Business Metamorphosis LLC, which he describes as an innovation services company. He sometimes describes himself as an Innovation Coach. BML helps people who are starting businesses and also helps people find new opportunities to grow their businesses by making better use of their existing resources to create new products and attack new markets.

Bud Taylor is a Mechanical-Optical Engineer who prior to his retirement from Eastman Kodak Company was a manufacturing engineer for 25 years and started (with a co-worker), an entrepeneurial business operation (of 10 years) in 3D imaging that was sold to outside interests. He received 20 patents in this field and became familiar with searching the patent databases and assisting in writing patent applications. Prior to his work at Eastman Kodak, Mr. Taylor was a Quality Assurance Engineer at Bausch & Lomb and Management Technology (formerly Elgeet Optical Co.) Since retiring, Mr. Taylor's experience expanded to: * Designing and developing CMOS digital cameras and toys * Providing expert witness services in patent litigation proceedings * Providing a new concept of an active clean room particle counter * Demonstrating a gasoline vapor alternative to carburation or fuel injection * Inventing a simple efficient optical dispersing system for LED lighting * Assisting a number of Business Metamorphasis clients for prior art searching

Don Perko was a specialist in developing custom business lists for small and mid-size companies. Business Targets provides a full range of lists in electronic form for mailing, telephone solicitation, and demographics that fit the business needs and budget requirements of small and mid-size companies.
