Follow the next three steps to enhance your balance sheet.

  1. Start with the Mapping Process
The Mapping Process is your first step in selecting your Intellectual Property Buyers.
  2. Provide educational materials
Help us educate potential buyers to assist with their development. Informational material is needed to convey subject matter.
  3. Invest your time.
We need some time contribution from Principal. You need to convey what is on your mind.

The Mapping Process

Locate Buyers of Intellectual Property.

  1. Search Western and Central New York databases. If a larger geographic scope is required, the United States databases and Global Companies are available at an additional charge.
  2. Use this white space to develop strategies.

We know that the drivers of your patents depend on where they fall in the constellation of other people's patents -- in short on their LOCATION. We can help you establish that for your patents, and for your competitor's patents. To identify opportunities to exploit, and, threats to block. If you do, then we can help!

Application Perspective Technology Perspective Market Perspective

The CUBE will provide you feedback about your position in relation to your competition. This information gives you the opportunity to make strategic decisions. An example of this feedback is as follows.

Educational materials

  1. Provide materials to educate potential client to assist with development. Informational material needed to convey subject matter.
  2. Hand-outs of Drawings and Patent Abstracts.
An abstract is a brief summary of your invention, and should include all of the most important technical features of your invention. It is useful to both the Patent Office and to the public searching in the particular technical field of the application.
  3. Also include any developed PowerPoint presentations.

Your time

The Owner/Principal/Patent Holder is requested to schedule 2-1/2 days of time to answer questions as to direction, inclusion or exclusion of information to complete the CUBE MODEL.
